Top coat. It costs a real penny, but makes a "wow". I have very sensitive eyes, but this mascara does not cause allergies/discomfort. Makes eyelashes super long, doesn't stick in "claw shape". I think if applied to the base, the effect will be even greater (or longer xd). It doesn't crumble all day. The only minus is a 50-day wait, but this mascara is definitely worth it

I liked it more than Mejbellin, I will definitely order a second time. Minus that took a long time
