The conditioner came with a crack on the pump. All good as I still can use them. At least it doesn’t leak everywhere. I have used the product and the consistency of the conditioner is very runny. More like a lotion texture. You have to use quite a bit of product. When you apply the product on the hair, it does not feel smooth, not much smell but once you rinse off the conditioner, you can smell a very fresh and subtle perfume (quite nice). and you still don’t feel like your hair is smooth. It is very easy to comb later on (I have permed long hair). Overall not bad.

I like the shampoo, it foams normally, smells good, the quality of the hair is soft, I do not regret what I ordered, I need to order more conditioner. Recommend purchase
